-Mural Commission with Detroit Institute of Arts

--Fall 2018, Village of Clarkston, MI

--This 16' x 12' mural commission painted on the south wall of Union Woodshop restaurant in Village of Clarkston was a public art partnership

between Detroit Institute of Arts and Clarkston Cultural Arts Council. It was made possible through the tri-county millage for the purpose of enriching the quality of life in Oakland county. I was the Lead Artist, Designer, and Coordinator for this mural and it was in collaboration with Vito J. Valdez, Denyse Couture, Clarkston Cultural Arts Council, and residents of Oakland County.

--Fall 2017 – Spring 2018, Mexicantown & Springwells Village, SW Detroit

--This mural commission is part of a public art project for the City of Detroit’s City Walls Viaduct Beautification Initiative. I worked with artists Vito Valdez and Perez, as well as Southwest Urban Arts Mural Project on a viaduct located on Vernor Highway where Springwells Village and

Mexicantown-Southwest Detroit meet. My 9.5' x 13.5' “Spirits of the Springs" mural is part of this larger mural project for the overall viaduct and it is


-Art Outdoor Project with Experience Grand Rapids

--2015, Michigan

--Art Outdoor Project: My illustration (a detail of my Modern Window Cleaners painting composed by Jeremy Vandekerckhove) appeared on billboards across Michigan. One traditional billboard in Howell, MI on highway I-96 and digitally scrolling billboards in other locations. The illustration was also printed on posters, coaster sets, and t-shirts.

--My illustration along with pieces by four other artists were selected to depict and promote Grand Rapids as a travel destination as part of Experience Grand Rapids’ “Cool City. Hot Art.” campaign. The project was organized by Experience Grand Rapids (the area’s official destination marketing organization).

-Illustration Commission with Flutter and Wow Museum Projects

--2015, Traverse City, MI

--I did twelve pen and watercolor illustrations of invasive and native aquatic species in Lake Michigan and a cross section of the lake. These were used to create an Interactive Ecology Puzzle at the Great Lakes Children’s Museum in Traverse City, MI. Flutter & Wow Museum Projects designed this installation for the museum’s Guardians of the Great Lakes gallery.
